Kyle is a self-proclaimed "home nerd." He's been involved in real estate his whole life and has become a top 5% REALTOR within the Kansas City area. He loves his wife, three kids, and his beloved Jayhawks.
Morgan Blake
REALTOR
Morgan graduated from Kansas State and joined Kyle Blake Homes in 2017. Her experience of growing up around her family flipping homes has created a passion for real estate and a desire to get you into the home of your dreams! She is married with two little boys.
Monica Kuckelman
TRANSCATION COORDINATOR
Monica joined the KBH team in 2026 and seamlessly jumped right in to help our clients with providing a smooth transaction! She helps with all transactions, marketing, events and pop by gifts! We're so glad to have her on the team. She is married with 3 little ones!
